What should I do if I can't find the specific service or description I need, or if I require a combination of two services and am unsure about how to book my appointment online?

Should I come to my appointment with clean or dirty hair?
Kindly arrive at your appointment with hair that hasn't been washed for no more than 1-2 days. This ensures we can work with your hair effectively and avoids any interference with the color application process.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
To better accommodate other appointments, we require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedule requests. If our cancellation policy poses challenges and rescheduling becomes frequent, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your next appointment or any future scheduling requests will be forfeited. For further inquiries, your stylist will provide more guidance.
What if I'm unhappy with my results or need someone to take a better look at my haircut or color?
We acknowledge that effective communication about desired goals can be challenging. We fully support our company culture and gladly welcome you back to the salon within two weeks of your appointment for the hairstylist to make any necessary adjustments, ensuring your satisfaction.
